Loop door tot je halverwege die gang aan de rechterkant onze deur ziet, lokaal 0011. Er hangt een bordje met 'Hackerspace Nijmegen' rechts naast de deur. We hoorden echter in de loop van december, vlak voor sleuteloverdracht, dat de gemeente daar geen toestemming voor gaf. De gemeente is bezorgd over de draagconstructie van het dak, aanzicht van de gebouwen, en lekkages. Ze willen niet met ons in gesprek hierover.<br /> <br /> Na overleg schatten we in dat dat geen blocker is voor onze plannen. Verwarmen wordt significant duurder: er is geen gasaansluiting dus het wordt elektrisch resistief verwarmen voor beide ruimtes. Verwachte kosten worden ongeveer €80/mnd (237 kWh plus vastrecht) gedurende het stookseizoen. Met slim schakelen tussen de twee verwarmingsunits is de 25A zekering (4.6 kW) ook werkbaar. Worst-case is koelen onmogelijk en dat betekent dat de space naar verwachting ongeveer vijf weken per jaar oncomfortabel warm is.<br /> <br /> We verwachten dat dit de worst case is, en de worst-case is acceptabel. We verwachten dat we met een monoblock-unit via de bestaande ventilatie-unit, danwel via lucht-water of met een warmtebuffer, toch efficiënter kunnen verwarmen en koelen. We gaan hier in de loop van het jaar naar kijken, maar omdat de worst-case wel acceptabel is gaan we toch door met de nieuwe locatie.<br /> <br /> == Internet & wifi (dec 2025) ==<br /> <br /> Sjors zorgt ervoor dat de huidige internetverbinding aan de Villanovastraat wordt overgedragen aan Harm. De huidige apparatuur laten we staan waardoor iedereen daar verder kan gebruiken.<br /> <br /> Martijn en Bas regelen bekabeling en accesspoints voor Park Winkelsteeg.
